
Basic Workshop Overview
Psycho/medico-legal 101 is a 3-hour interactive virtual registered workshop presented by experienced Industrial Psychologists. It includes an interactive PowerPoint presentation, informative insights and examples, facilitated group discussions and a Q&A session.

- The intersection between the justice system and psychology;
- Psycho-legal and the need for such within 3rd party claim processes;
- The Road Accident Fund and its purpose;
- Various 3rd party/personal injury claims;
- Road Accident Fund claim process;
- Role players within the claim process;
- The role of the Industrial Psychologist in RAF/personal injury claims;
- General damages versus the loss of earnings;
- Justice system versus specialists;
- How and where do I start in pursuing a psycho-legal career;
- Cases we manage daily will be used as practical examples and will be discussed according to ethical guidelines as directed by the HPCSA and abiding by the POPI Act prescripts.

Kindly inform us no later than the day before the workshop at the close of business (17:00) if you have not received the web link after payment, otherwise, you will forfeit your payment.
